No fixed fees and no subscription. You do not need your own licence: payments are initiated by a licensed partner. The rate is the same in every country we cover.

Pricing questions
What is an active account?
An account that had a valid consent in a given calendar month. You do not pay for accounts without a valid consent.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are net; VAT is added at the applicable rate. The exception is the Personal and Personal Plus plans for individuals, which we show including VAT.
How is the Business plan different from the Developer plans?
Business and Business Pro are for one company's own accounts. Developer plans are for apps whose users connect their banks through Fizen Connect.
Can an individual get API access?
No. Personal and Personal Plus work only through MCP, with an AI assistant. The API is in the Business Pro plan and the developer plans.
How does a yearly plan work?
You pay upfront for 12 months at the price of 10. An individual can withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
Do I need my own payments licence?
No. The payment initiation service is provided by Meest Transfer sp. z o.o., a national payment institution supervised by the KNF, under its own authorisation and an agreement with you. FIZEN provides the technology. If you hold your own PIS licence, you can choose the API only plan.
