Frequently asked questions
How much does the gateway cost?
The commission is 0.69% on payments with cards issued in Poland, BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfers. There is no commission on the first PLN 5,000 of gross turnover.
Are there any fixed fees?
No. There is no monthly fee, no activation fee and no fee for payouts to your account.
Which payment methods can I accept?
Visa and Mastercard cards, BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfers.
When do I get the money?
Payouts are D+2, two business days after the transaction.
How do I integrate the gateway with my shop?
Through the REST API, the hosted payment page or payment links. Plugins for WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento and OpenCart are in preparation. We help with the integration before you go live.
Who provides the payment services?
Payment services are provided by our partner Meest Transfer Sp. z o.o., a licensed payment service provider supervised by the KNF. Fizen is responsible for the offer, onboarding and support.
